The MMS Team manages, monitors, and measures all the Sony retail support processes in a single, easy-to-use, business portal. The functions implemented and managed through this portal solution include merchandising, Team training, special promotions, and more for all the 1.200 Sony Stores across Germany.

Based on a comprehensive user and role model implemented with a SITEFORUM portal, the entire Sony Germany Organigram®, internally and externally, is presented and managed in the application. Each Sony staff member can log-in, gain secure access to his/her regions, and specific functionalities. Example: A Sony field service member can, with just a few mouse clicks, check the current status of any actions fulfilled by MMS in Sony retail support, as well as, for the past, and for the next few days in the future.
This all-in-one system enables MMS staff to communicate, across Germany, on a daily basis, information about orders, actions, promotions, and specific results generated. The success of the organization is immediately available for review by our client, Sony.
In addition, Sony staff members can implement actions, using the applications implemented in the SITEFORUM portal solution, have immediate access to regionally available, MMS resources.
Multiple language capability enables the solution to be easily transferable to Sony Japan or Sony UK. This new, advance in retail support, now implemented in Germany, is being carefully reviewed by other divisions.
