You will see basic logo and icon preferences available in your portal. Additional logos and images can be integrated individually using "DesignManager".
To place logos at the top of the layout and on the start page, click on the “Icons - Logos” menu item at the top of the page.
You will see the following list:
Logo #1 (top left)
Logo #2 (top right)
Logo #3 (background of logo #1 and #2)
Logo #4 (complete background)
Logo #5 (start page logo for guests)
Logo #6 (start page logo for registered users)
Click on the “Select image” link next to the file path input field. After that, a new window will open where you can choose logos to be uploaded from your local computer.
When you upload images, you have the choice of leaving images in their "original width" or of converting the images into “standard width” when they upload.
You can set the standard size on the general design settings screen. Please do not upload images from your digital camera that are larger than 6 million pixels or 1 MB.
The optimal logo size is 200 pixels in width and 100 pixels in height with a resolution of 72dpi and a file size of approximately 30 KB.
When you have finished uploading the image, select the image you want by clicking on it. The window will then close and the file path of the image will appear in the input field, for example, "logo_images/water/company_logo.gif". After assigning logos and images, click on the "Save Preferences" button.
