"Public sector pensions are under more pressure than ever to resolve the mixed messages that are being relayed regarding the planned reforms for 2012. For example, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) found in a recent survey of over 2,000 workers that less than a third of those aged 18-24 are not aware of the planned pensions reforms scheduled to take place next year, with those in non-managerial roles less aware than those in managerial positions. So why aren’t the messages getting through?"
