Each software release is designed to improve overall usability of the product and make it easier to use for everybody. We recognize major trends and developments quickly and make them usable for our customers. We are proud to have lots of customers that keep us innovative and submit great ideas and feature requests via our SITEFORUM Helpdesk system.
Around 95% of our customers use SITEFORUM software-as-a-service products. New versions will be applied to their websites, portals and social communities in an automated process.
Registered users can keep up to date with new release information using our subscription function: Go to My Page > Subscriptions, select the tab Menus and check the box for the Release History area within Support. Check other boxes for alerts on other content areas.
