$backup.restore.getStoredAccounts

Returns the IDs of the accounts backuped in the backup file.
Syntax
    $backup.restore.getStoredAccounts{file_path}

Returns a whitespace separated list of the account IDs contained in the given backup file.
    Paramter:
      1 - File path (using the SITEFORUM protocol for file paths)
    Returns:
      Whitespace separated list of account instance IDs.
    Throws:
      IOException
