Network Groups

Members can create their own private and closed network groups to share knowledge, files and articles. Such group content is only accessible to members that are part of the group.

Group Application Members can suggest a network group to the portal owner. They specify the name, description and several reasons why this group is required. The Portal Managers can approve the application - the applicant becomes the new Group Manager then.

Member Application Members can join a group by filling out a member application form where they need to provide a short reason. The Group Manager can then approve the application.

Newsletter Group Managers can send newsletters to the members' inbox.

Forum Each network group has at least one forum that is accessible to the group members.

Administration As Portal Master of the network you have an overview of all network groups and you add new ones.
