Helpdesk User


Similar to a helpdesk manager the helpdesk user manages the helpdesk. The user however cannot manage the mailboxes, but only process tickets that are sent to them.

This role does not require a license.

To assign a role to a user...
  1. Go to Marketing and CRM
  2. Search and find the user
  3. Click access rights
  4. Choose the role you wish to assign
  5. Save

Helpdesk Manager


Helpdesk managers are in charge of the helpdesk their task is to process helpdesk tickets and send feedback. They are given the option to send assign the ticket to somebody else on the portal if they do not have the relevant information. This role requires a license.

To assign a role to a user...

  3. Click access rights
  4. Choose the role you wish to assign
  5. Save

Categories


Under Portal Manager > Tools & Administration > Categories you can create categories and subcategories and assign them to elements like users, helpdesk tickets and companies among many others. Using categories you can create a clear structure and categorisation of your elements - for example by assigning users (elements) to certain industries (categories).
You can create categories and subcategories as well as edit, move and delete existing ones in order to adjust the categories to your current needs.



Projects and Tasks


Portal Manager > Intranet and Back office > Tasks

Overview

This area of the site allows you to organise, plan and manage your various projects and assign tasks to various user to ensure that everyone knows their role.

Creating a project

On the Tasks homepage click the projects tab on the left hand menu.
Here you will see a calender with all the tasks/projects that are coming up in the next month
Click add project.
Click type in the name of the project
Choose the client it is for (driven from the directory).

Adding a task to a project

Go back to the projects tab
Click add task
Type in the name
Choose the project it needs to be assigned to
Type in the details
Choose the priority, date, who is to complete and whether to send them an email to remind
Save

Adding Categories

Click the settings tab on the left
type the categories you want to add into the box
save.


FAQs

How can I delete a wrong task?


To delete the task simply mark it as completed.

How can I create a task which neither matches to the category "Meeting" nor "ToDo"?


You can add and edit new categories for tasks in the submenu Settings in the navigation on the left.

How can I integrate a Paypal account as payment method in my online shop?


PayPal gets integrated as a payment provider in the settings of your online shop: Sales & Support > Shop Settings > Payment Methods/Payment Provider.

A PayPal account has to exist already. For questions concerning the PayPal account please contact www.paypal.com directly.
