In addition they needed a deal-tracking system to enable them to monitor volume and value of deals by partner across all regions, enabling strategic deal-support resources to be deployed to maximum effect.


The SITEFORUM SaaS platform provided a perfect starting point with online discussion forums and document management supporting internal collaboration. Using SITEFORUM Studio, the developers environment of SITEFORUM, a custom database application was quickly developed and implemented to replace a spreadsheet-based tracking solution previously in place. The new system is accessible 24x7 globally, from even an internet cafe or mobile phone if required urgently.
